Queenswood Heights Orleans

Welcome to the Queenswood Heights! A neighbourhood in the east end suburb of Orleans, just 20 minutes outside of downtown Ottawa. This neighbourhood is one of the first established in the east end, which began with only a very few homes built back in 1962 when the drive to Ottawa was through farmers fields and rural areas for miles.

Now this area is complete with a Town Centre that is home to the Shenkman Arts Centre, restaurants, a YM/YWCA with a pool, Place d’Orleans which is a major shopping centre, emergency clinics and the Orleans Cumberland Community Resource Centre. The area also offers numerous elementary and high schools, outdoor rinks, a community Centre and two field houses, seven lighted Tennis Courts, plus so much more. The western boundary consists of 30 acres of nature trails. There is something for everyone in this established neighbourhood. Let’s check it out – I know you’re just gonna love it.
